Meeting all the legal requirements for oil tanks, the 10000 ltr Ecosure Bunded Fuel Tank is one of the lowest priced fuel tanks on the market. Made from rotationally moulded high grade polyethylene making Ecosure fuel tanks corrosive resistant and also have high impact strength along with the latest UV stabilisation packages.

The Ecosure 10000 Litre has been engineered to exceed the most demanding requirements, including The Control of Pollution (Oil Storage) (England) Regulations 2001 and comparable requirements throughout the British Isles.

Come complete with 4" Lid and 1" BSP standard outlet.
Complete with:

2" fill point.

Vent.

A cabinet which will house the 2" fill and any other appropriate equipment.

Overfill prevention valve.

A 1" bottom outlet

What is a Bunded Fuel Tank?
A Bunded Fuel Tank is simply a tank within a tank. The area surrounding the inner tank is called the bund. These types of fuel storage tanks are ideal for safley stored fuel.

Why do I need a Bunded Fuel Tank?
If you are storing fuel within 10 meters a drain, water course or place of natural beauty. you will need a Bunded Fuel Tank. Most insurance companies require you to have a bunded fuel tank apposed to a single skin tank. Pending on your location the environmental agency may also ask you to install a Bunded Fuel Tank

How close can I have an fuel tank to my house?
Any fuel tank has to be a minimum of 1800mm (1.8meters) away from any type of property.

Can just fit a pump and start dispensing from my oil tank?
No. If you need to dispense fuel in to cars, tractors etc, you will need a Fuel Dispenser, where all the fittings (pump, hose) are locked away.

What thickness of a concreate base would i need for a 5000 litre fuel tank?
A minmium of 150mm (15cm) would be enough to hold upto 10,000 litre.

What is Qual Oil Pipe?
This plastic oil pipe that you can use to feed from the oil tank to your boiler.

Which is the best value for money fuel tanks?

Can my local plumber install my fuel tank?
Yes providing they are Oftec registered.

Can I use a bunded fuel tank with a hose to dispense fuel?
No you must use a fuel dispensers where all the parts are conceiled in one unit.
